No slowing down in sight, Mr K. B. Lal vision is still taking Kebeco Homes to new heights with its latest Indian projects spanning over 3.2 million square feet being developed by its wholly owned Indian subsidiaries – Khubchandani Developers Private Limited and Keotsa Construction Private Limited.

Graduating from India's top universities, Mrs. Khubchandani has not only pioneered in her fields of child pschcology and computer science but also mastered the art of real estate development.
For over 50 years she has been a stalwart in the firm and is exceptionally well rounded in all facets of the industry. Spearheading design and marketing campaigns that brought on new home owners and investors.
Mrs Khubchandani has made a name for herself with innovative and spacious designs.
Mrs. Khubchandani is the face of Kebeco Homes, Khubchandani Developers and Keotsa Constructions Private Limited and is the guiding light of the firm.

At a time when most builders took into consideration only the house, Kebeco laid its thrust on giving it an ambiance and an atmosphere.

To shed some more light on this subject, we'll appraise you of our past. Right from our inception in 1964, we aspired to become one of the most respected property firms. Our goal was to create comfortable, classy homes for senior professionals.
To this effect we have developed numerous residential complexes in six countries. We have developed in excess of 20 million square feet and manage residential and commercial buildings across the globe.
Over the years Kebeco has also
developed business partnerships with several blue chip property companies across America, Europe and Asia.
We started with three major projects catering to the elite in Hong Kong. Our projects at Clear Water Bay, Scenic Villas; Island South, Red Hill; and Lantau, Citrus Grove were a both a rage and a great success.
In the 1980s, we ventured into the American market with the same ambitions that made us successful in Asia with our first project in California, Orchid Hills. Now, with 40 acres of prime land in Pune, Kebeco is moving into its next stage of growth in residential and commercial property
development.
