Located in Hong Kong Posh Clear Water Bay area our residential villa development featured 75 villas. Our first project to include throwbacks to british vintage architecture, Scenic Villas stands out in this up and coming neighborhood. Built on the hillside beside a bay in Hong Kong's most exclusive Island South residential district, Red Hill features over 300 Mediterranean styled villas and 200 apartments.  As beautiful as the city view, attention to detail was given to every unit such as installing black granite counter tops and Brazilian cherry hardwood floors. Private parking included as well as a top club house.

California

We were one of the first who constructed residential  development of 500 single family homes  in Orange County, California. Orchid Hills was the first luxury gated community in the region with affordable priced homes. All homes range rom three to five bedrooms, feature at least 2.5 bathrooms as well as a fireplace, marble flooring and top of the line kitchen fittings. Fitness suite, social spaces and a game room are standard in every every home,

Pune

Wagholi is experiencing a development boom, and we are the first  in this region with a mixed use green residential and commercial village like gated community development  - Oak Parks. This is the first luxury high-rise.and row house development that is affordably priced.  This more than 3.1 million square foot development is spread over 40 lush green acres.
